Location at the intersection of Juliana Konstantego Ordona and Wschowska streets in Warsaw’s Wola district. Proximity to urban transport, among others the second metro line being under construction, presence of greenery and cosy and intimate atmosphere: this is what EQ² will be like, the new office project by Waryński S.A. Holding Group.
The construction kicked off in September 2019 and was finished in July 2021.
EQ² is our response to the need of balance in today’s world, especially at the workplace. The boutique office building will be additionally comfortable and modern, and will follow the eco-friendly trend of new office projects. The building roof will house beehives while the office building itself will be surrounded by vegetation designed specifically for this purpose.
Two underground and eight aboveground stories, 4306 m2 of total usable floor space, location almost in the city centre and proximity of places intended for rest and recreation guarantee that the occupants enjoy a good mood.
