EQlibrium stands for perfect location, admirable architecture and rich infrastructure. It was these factors that decided that shortly after the delivery the building was leased and occupied by tenants in 100%. Each element of the project, from general assumptions to the finest detail, is intended to bring everyday comfort to all people who use the EQlibrium office building. The development project implemented by Waryński Group offers the total of ca. 10,575 m2 of office, retail and warehouse space as well as two underground stories with 114 parking spaces. EQlibrium is a modern office building boasting the Class A technical standard. Its glazed curtain façades with regular vertical components give the structure an intriguing modern nature and ensure excellent solar access of the interiors. The design was prepared by the renowned architectural studio, S.A.M.I. Architekci Mariusz Lewandowski i Wspólnicy Sp. z o.o., while Budimex S.A. was the General Contractor of the building.
